DELIVERY TIMES

The products, for whatever type of payment chosen, shall be delivered only and exclusively upon receipt of payment.
As soon as the order is delivered you will receive an e-mail with the purchase invoice in pdf. format attached from technology-jewels.com to use as guarantee for the products bought.

The products are forwarded by courier. The delivery times vary (on average) between 5-7 working days for Italy and for abroad on the basis of the country of destination, in order to be able to check the data provided by the customer.

In the case of unforeseeable circumstances or fortuitous events, we shall not be held liable for any delay or lack of delivery of goods and are entitled to the right to cancel entirely or in part the contract stipulated or to delay or suspend its execution.

GUARANTEES

All the products sold by technology-jewels.com avail of the producer’s standard guarantee and the 24 month guarantee for defects of conformity, pursuant to D.Lgs 24/02 for the consumer, or rather the physical person who purchases the goods for purposes not traceable to his own professional activity, or rather those who purchase the jewels indicating the tax code and not the vat code in the data insertion form. The exact guarantee procedures are illustrated in the document enclosed inside the package of the purchased product. To use it the customer must keep the invoice which he will receive by e-mail and the ORIGINAL box of the product. No compensation can be requested from technology-jewels.com for any delay in carrying out repairs or replacements.


  • If, following the intervention of the producer, the defect should not be covered by the conventional guarantee of the producer, any cost of verification and restoration required by the Parent company shall be deducted.
  • The 24 month guarantee pursuant to D.Lgs 24/02 is applicable to products that present a conformity defect, as long as the product itself is used correctly, respecting its use and what is provided for in the technical document attached. In case of defect of conformity, technology-jewels.com, at no expense to the customer, shall restore the conformity of the product by repair/replacement or reduce the price, until resolution of the contract, precisely in this order. If, following the intervention of an Authorized Assistance Centre, the fault is not a defect of conformity pursuant to D.Lgs 24/02 any verification and restoration cost requested by the Parent company shall be charged to the customer.
  • Replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not functioning at first use) occur only if expressly provided for by the producer. The replacement times or any repair of the product depend exclusively on the policies of the producer.
  • If, for any reason, technology-jewels.com is unable to restore the good, we shall replace it (if still in the catalogue) or cancel the contract or alternatively, a product chosen by the customer to replace the faulty one of equal value or paying any difference in excess or, in case of product of lower value, technology-jewels.com shall pay the difference.
  • No damage can be requested to technology-jewels.com for any delay in carrying out the repair or replacement work.
  • In the cases in which the application of the guarantees include the return of the product to technology-jewels.com the good must be returned in the ORIGINAL packaging complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory: manuals, cables, accessories, etc..); to limit the damage to the original packaging, we recommend, where possible, to insert it into a second box; on this it is obligatory( failure to do so will mean refusal of the good) to place the DDT with the RMA number (return merchandise authorization) that the customer shall have received via E-mail. In all cases placing of adhesive labels or tapes directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided.

Technical assistance is the responsibility of the producers. We guarantee that the product is free of defects. If the customer should find a defect with the product, he must inform us of this as soon as possible, and in any case within eight days, by way of registered letter with advice of receipt. Damage caused by improper use is not guaranteed. The exact guarantee procedures are illustrated in the document attached inside the package of the purchased product. To use it, it is suffice to keep the invoice received by e-mail and the ORIGINAL box of the product.
If the customer should return a faulty good he must send an e-mail to customer care containing:


  • The order number;
  • The code of the product to be returned;
  • The model of the product to be returned;
  • The serial number;
  • The defect of the product (it is necessary to indicate in full the problem found);

The products must be returned whole and in their original packaging.
The customer must wait for our return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and follow the instructions to return the good contained in the return authorization e-mail, and must avoid placing the same on the original packaging.
Box all the products if the original packaging were not sufficient to guarantee safe transport.
The product to be returned must be complete of all the accessories, unless there are other indications contained explicitly in the return authorization e-mail, integral and in the original packaging intact.

N.B. Deliveries without our authorization (RMA) shall not be accepted.

RIGHT TO OPT OUT

If damaged, or wrong material is sent, technology-jewels.com shall undertake to replace the product by way of simple e-mail (customers@technology-jewels.com ). The goods must be delivered insured and postage paid to:

N.B. Please use express couriers, insuring the jewels for the invoiced value.


It being understood that: the products are not provided on trial, the Customer is responsible for the choice of the products ordered and the correspondence and conformity to the specifications indicated by each producer to his own needs, according to art. 64 one has the right to opt out of the contract without penalties and without giving any explanation for a period of ten working days from the day in which the products are received.
The customer must simply communicate his intention to opt out of the contract by sending, within the term, a written communication to the geographic address of our premises (technology-jewels.com, Via Randaccio, 29-10147- Turin –Italy) by way of registered letter with advice of receipt. The communication may be sent, within the term, by telegram, as long as it is confirmed by registered letter with advice of receipt within the subsequent 48 hours. The products must be returned whole and in their original packaging.
The customer must wait to receive our return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and follow the instructions to return the good contained in the return authorization e-mail. He should also avoid placing the same on the original packaging.
The product to be returned must be complete with all the accessories present and intact in the original packaging. Do not deliver the jewels without our authorization (RMA received from: customers@technology-jewels.com ).

The registered letter with advice of receipt, must contain:
Expression of the will to avail of the benefit granted by L.D. 15th January 1992 N°. 50
Indication of the product for which you decide to avail of the right to opt out.
The data relevant to your current account (name of bank, corresponding branch, number of current account).
The address to which to send the registered letter, or alternatively a telegram within seven days from the receipt of the product, is:

N.B. Customers who purchase products with a VAT n°. cannot exercise the right to opt out


  • The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right to opt-out on only part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, enclosed software, cables, manuals, etc.);
  • The purchased good must be WHOLE and UNUSED and returned in the original packaging with seals intact, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory: accessories, enclosed software, cables, manuals, etc.);
  • by law, the delivery charges are payable by the Customer;
  • the delivery, until acknowledged receipt at our warehouse, is the full responsibility of the Customer;
  • in the case of damage of the good during transport, technology-jewels.com shall communicate the occurrence to the customer (within the working day after the receipt of the jewel at its warehouse), to allow him to report it quickly to the courier chosen by him and obtain the refund of the value of the good (if insured); in this case, the product shall be returned, with delivery charges payable by the customer, cancelling at the same time the request to opt out;
  • technology-jewels.com is not liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of goods returned with delivery not insured by the customer for return of the goods;
  • upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not deriving from transport, loss of external packaging/original inside, absence of elements integral to the product (accessories, enclosed software, cables, manuals etc…).
  • As soon as we have received the products (and checked their integrity) technology-jewels.com will, in the shortest possible time and, within the established terms (at most within 30 days), refund the customer the sums paid by bank transfer, withholding, the delivery charges which will remain definitively payable by the Customer. It will be the responsibility of the customer to provide the bank coordinates on which to receive the bank transfer( Cod. ABI - CAB – Current Account of holder of the invoice).

The right to opt out shall expire in full, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (package and or its content) in cases in which technology-jewels.com certifies:


  • loss of external packaging/internal original;
  • absence of elements integral to the product (accessories, software enclosed, cables, manuals, etc.);
  • damage of the product due to causes other than transport.
  • Packages to be paid on receipt or in carriage forward shall not be collected.
In the case of expiry of the right to opt out, technology-jewels.com will return the purchased good to the sender, deducting the delivery charge.
